We delivered a complete Shopify storefront rebuild for Leafpower, an Austrian CBD and botanical wellness retailer. From website design and development through custom Shopify app functionality, third-party integrations, customer reviews and store configuration, the engagement covered the full ecommerce experience rather than a set of isolated theme changes.
The challenge.
Leafpower needed a joined-up ecommerce experience that brought together the visual identity of the brand, a fully rebuilt Shopify storefront and the technical services needed to operate it. Rather than treating design, theme development, custom applications, reviews and store setup as separate tasks, the challenge was to implement them as a cohesive experience. The work required careful coordination between the customer-facing design and the underlying Shopify functionality, ensuring that custom features and external apps worked within the wider storefront.

A complete storefront redesign and rebuild
We took responsibility for both the design and development of Leafpower's Shopify storefront, rebuilding the website as a cohesive ecommerce experience. The work extended across the site rather than being limited to a handful of sections, translating the creative direction into a functional store tailored to the brand and its product range.
Bespoke Shopify applications
Alongside the storefront, we developed custom Shopify app functionality to support requirements beyond standard theme configuration. This allowed the project to address technical needs within the wider Shopify ecosystem rather than depending solely on off-the-shelf theme features.
Connected third-party integrations and reviews
We handled the integration of third-party Shopify apps and customer-review functionality as part of the rebuild. Our focus was on making these services work alongside the custom storefront so that the shopping experience remained consistent as functionality was brought together.
Store configuration and end-to-end delivery
Our involvement also included the broader setup and configuration of the Shopify store. By working across design, development, applications and platform setup, we could take a coordinated approach to delivery, ensuring each part of the ecommerce experience was considered as part of the complete build.
