We prioritise tasks together, track time and share progress, so you can use the allocation for planned improvements as well as ongoing Shopify support.

Typical work includes Shopify theme changes, new storefront sections, bug fixes, app or API integrations and technical performance improvements. Larger features are scoped before work starts so you understand how much of your monthly allocation they may use. Any separate audits or add-on services are agreed explicitly rather than assumed to be included.

If your planned work exceeds the hours in your monthly retainer, we can quote additional development time or discuss a larger support plan. We review the priorities with you before extending the scope, rather than assuming extra hours are authorised.

Yes. We can investigate slow-loading pages and review themes, images, scripts and app-related issues that may affect storefront performance. We then recommend improvements based on the findings. Results depend on the store's existing setup, so we do not promise a particular speed score or sales uplift.
